Adobe Experience League is Adobe’s premier customer enablement platform, providing education, support, and community engagement across its suite of enterprise products. As the platform evolved to better meet the needs of users worldwide, I was brought in to help refine and unify its visual identity across digital and physical touchpoints.

My contributions spanned branding, UI/UX design, production assets, illustration, and experiential design. Working closely with internal Adobe teams, I helped shape a scalable visual system that supported the platform’s growth—enhancing user experiences online while creating cohesive materials for live activations like Adobe Summit and other key industry events.

The ask:

  • Adobe asked Contravent to create this experience, which required a full strategic perspective from concept to design to development. Partnering with the Adobe Success Team, we developed a user strategy, wireframes, and elegant UI design for the app. The result was an app and interface that represents the ultimate support experience.
  • Our approach:

    Over the course of four weeks, we created 20 wireframes as well as high-fidelity UI designs to demonstrate functionality, interactions, and animations through the design process. We factored in various parts of the support experience to ensure it could run effectively for every customer touch point.

  • Strengthened the global brand identity of Experience League
  • Improved usability and visual clarity across the learning platform
